Room Association Device (RAD)

Overview

The buildings are instrumented with RADs that hang easily onto the wall and work in conjunction with external sensors for direct fire engagements. Saab's urban tracking system tackles the challenge of transitioning from unrestricted GPS coverage to movement around and inside urban structures which has no GPS coverage. The system is quick and easy to install and requires no cables.
