At Saab, we see the mission of technical support as closing the gap between existing system functionality and the ever developing needs of the user. Engineer support provided by Saab seeks to achieve this objective in partnership with the customer by means of upgrades and modifications of hardware and software accomplished under strict configuration control.

The objective of our Contractor Engineering Support (CES) is to ensure system availability over time. To meet our goal we have developed efficient solutions for maintenance, the supply of spares and consumables, equipment handling, configuration control and waste management.
